Who pays the season fee?+
Your league pays Dr. D Sports upfront, or in two equal installments: 50% upfront and 50% at the registration due date. With the family-paid option, your league is reimbursed from registration fees collected through its own Stripe account. The $0 figure is your net cost after full reimbursement, not an exemption from upfront payment. Season minimums still apply. With League-paid, your league absorbs the discounted fee instead.
Whose Stripe account handles registrations?+
Yours. We connect your league’s own Stripe account to your business and registration system. Registration payments go through your account, not Dr. D Sports’ account, so your league recovers the season fees from its own registrations.
Is Stripe processing extra?+
No. Included in the per-athlete fee.
What if we only run one season per year?+
You pay per season. One season, one fee.
Can we switch tiers mid-year?+
